Education / Professional Qualifications:
Danish at a high level (CEFR level C1).
Good English skills (B1+ or better) both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a customer service environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls with customer inquiries and provide solutions to end-users.
Escalate priority issues according to client specifications to the nearest supervisor when relevant.
Work independently and in teams, promoting effective communication with internal and external contacts.
Provide exemplary customer service and meet quality standards.
Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that contribute to improved customer service.
Participate in required training sessions.
Preferred Skills:
Advanced understanding of computer usage, skilled in multitasking across systems and applications.
Optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, service-driven environment with a focus on problem-solving.
