Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes.
Engage with clients and participate in sales activities to foster business relationships.
Focus on high-volume recruitment for entry-level positions across various industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV screenings, interviews, and skills evaluations.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source the best talent and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Meet and exceed performance targets in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Requirements:
Mandatory Experience in Recruitment: minimum 2 years
Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes, preferably if you worked in a recruitment agency before
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload remotely.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS systems).
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Based in Europe and eligible to work remotely.
