What you’ll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, becoming our client’s most valuable ambassador
Use phone calls, emails, and chats to provide a seamless experience for new and existing customers
Respond to customer inquiries regarding the client’s services and products in a professional and timely manner
Resolve technical issues as they arise, providing guidance on product or service use
Turn every customer into a satisfied customer!
Share ideas and solutions with your colleagues

What we’re looking for:
Fluency in Norwegian
Strong English skills – both written and verbal
Work experience in a customer or technical support role is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset
Basic computer and technical skills
A positive and adventurous attitude
Enthusiasm for meeting customer needs and ready to tackle new challenges
