Qualifications:
The qualifications differ from position to position, but some of the main requirements are:
Completion of high school (required by most clients).
A clean criminal record.
Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken (additional language skills are a bonus).
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
