Role and Responsibilities:
Must be able to meet and achieve departmental requirements
Maintaining data integrity
Knowledge (What the person needs to know): Operational process understanding, logical thinking, reporting and analysis
Must be open to change, multi-tasking skills
Ability to manage real line and skill changes
Communication between team locations for effective staff management
Must be able to manage floor discipline effectively
Ability to think quickly and make accurate decisions that will help achieve service objectives
Compliance with real time availability
SLA - Achieving Service Level/Application Percentage targets consistently
Real-time reporting - Timeliness and accuracy
Customer management - Internal and external
Ability to work with data and generate various dashboards, reports/ad-hoc reports in real-time
Ability to perform high level data analysis and data
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong Analytical skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & other MS Office Applications
Should have good Knowledge of Avaya CMS
Ability to think strategically and work in terms of business opportunity and growth
Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter
Knowledge of Scheduling should have understanding of basics in Scheduling
