The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a sports-enthusiast, data-driven and innovative individual to join our CRM team as a Sports CRM Specialist!
What you will be doing:
Work closely with the CRM team to execute all sportsbook campaigns.
Create data-driven and localised CRM strategies for Sportsbook.
Implement, revamp and own the Sportsbook lifecycle and customer journeys.
Report indirectly to the Head of Sportsbook, ensuring strong vertical growth.
Take ownership of Sportsbook retention figures.
Enable effective budget management and allocation, forecasting campaign metrics like engagement, cost, ROI, and other key performance indicators for precise evaluation and optimization of campaigns.
Work in collaboration with the Sportsbook department, country managers and other stakeholders.
Continuously update the team's knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor strategies, and CRM best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Experience required:
Previous experience with CRM tools and Sports campaign.
