Join our client´s Team within FinTech at their new office in Riga as a Customer Support Agent!

Do you speak Swedish at a near-native level and have a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Customer Support Agent for our client in Riga – for a FinTech project!

Scope of the Role:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Your role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and managing customer interactions across various platforms.

Work Experience / Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls from customers and provide resolutions to their queries.
  • Record case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication via phone, email, chat, etc.
  • Ensure cases are resolved within their lifecycle, meeting balanced scorecard criteria.
  • Escalate priority issues to the immediate lead as required.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team, fostering effective communication.
  • Provide exemplary customer satisfaction and meet quality standards on all interactions.
  • Complete the required hours of work on all scheduled days.
  • Maintain targets defined for the project: response time, handle time, and resolution rate.
  • Undertake additional ad hoc tasks to enhance client service and improve KPIs.
  • Attend required training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Near-native proficiency in Swedish (CEFR level C1).
  • Manageable English skills (B1+ or better) in writing and speaking.
  • Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Advanced computer skills and the ability to multitask across various systems and applications.
  • Optimistic, friendly, and self-motivated personality.
  • Team-oriented and service-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work shift hours/part-time, adapting to changes in prioritization.
  • For agents handling written communication: Excellent written Swedish skills and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Clear background check with no criminal record or unfavorable credit history.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
