Our client are a renowned international fashion brand known for their innovative designs, trendsetting collections, and exceptional customer experience. They are currently seeking a Swedish speaking Supervisor to join their team based in Lisbon, Portugal.
As the Customer Support Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our customer support team. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of approximately 20 members, including both remote and in-person personnel located in Spain and Portugal. Your main focus will be on providing outstanding customer support through various channels such as phone, chat, and email management. Additionally, you will be coordinating orders within our internal systems, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Oversee daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring timely response and resolution to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions.
- Coordinate order management processes within our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of customer support processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in team supervision, with a strong track record of achieving team targets and objectives.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Location and Working Hours:
The position is based at our Sete Rios, Lisbon premises. Candidates must reside in or around Lisbon. The working schedule involves a rotating 40-hour workweek, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Employees typically enjoy two days off per week and may be required to work a maximum of two Saturdays per month.
Compensation:
Our client offer competitive compensation, including a base salary within a specified range, a daily meal subsidy, and a performance bonus.
