You now have the opportunity to work with one of the most well-known luxury brands in existence! Our client in Brussels is now looking for Danish-speaking Client Advisors to join their team.

Overall tasks

As a Client Advisor in our customer service center, you will be an ambassador for the brand and ensure that each customer is treated in accordance with our promise. You will strive to discover your customers and their needs and guide them through the brand. You will proactively reach out to your customers to achieve individual and team goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet each customer and provide the best customer experience

  • Be responsible for answering all incoming inquiries from customers via multiple channels: Phone, email, and social media

  • Advise customers on the brand and all product categories

  • Work with customers to develop long-term relationships and use various customer tools to promote brand loyalty

  • Ensure you maximize each sales opportunity while working towards the goals set by the brand

  • Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall customer service goals

  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge

  • Follow company policies and procedures

Languages

Fluent in at least one of these languages: Norwegian, Swedish, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Danish, and Finnish.
Good English skills (both spoken and written)

Basic Qualifications

  • High comfort level with IT tools

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury retail/hospitality industry - strong passion for the luxury world
