Job responsibilities:

  • Assist Danish viewers over the phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing issues, content, and basic website and application navigation.
  • Provide account and application support to our viewers, specifically related to software functionality and troubleshooting system configurations and network settings.
  • Provide accurate, real-time responses to viewer inquiries.
  • Find solutions when a product has a malfunction.
  • Offer troubleshooting services and product information.
  • Communicate clearly and carefully with all customers.

Personal qualifications:

  • Previous experience in service-related roles.
  • Motivated and eager to learn.
  • Willing to relocate and adapt to a new culture in Greece.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
