Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Process customer orders, make adjustments, and keep clients informed of any changes.
  • Sales Maximization: Deliver relevant information promptly to maximize sales opportunities and achieve performance targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Customer Service Specialists to exceed team performance goals.
  • Training Participation: Attend training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and improve customer interaction skills.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office duties, maintaining efficient operations aligned with company growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Become adept at using all call center systems and telephony tools to deliver top-notch service.
  • Language Development: Continuously improve your written and spoken English and any other relevant languages.
  • Reporting: Create and design detailed reports to track performance and insights.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum secondary education; higher education is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to independently handle customer inquiries with responsibility and care.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organization skills to meet the demands of the role.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent/native in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish, with a good command of English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Listening and Reporting Skills: Excellent listening abilities and written communication skills to create insightful reports.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
