The Programme

The Partnership Sales Programme is all about accelerating the growth of our client´s global network. You will join a motivated and ambitious team, earn excellent commissions, and have excellent opportunities for career growth and personal development!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver new partner locations annually, increasing system revenue by £5m+ per year.
  • Target building owners, franchise operators, and competitors, using diverse business development strategies.
  • Increase market visibility through B2B connections.
  • Identify and pitch to prospective partners via networking, canvassing, and cold-calling.
  • Source partners for rapid network growth, either by converting existing buildings or securing new ones.
  • Sell partnership solutions, turn interest into negotiations, and secure new deals.
  • Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts.
  • Spend significant time in the field generating leads, meeting customers, and closing deals.

 

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven sales and/or B2B business development experience in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong network among commercial building owners/landlords.
  • Self-starter with a track record of generating interest and delivering results.
  • Ability to quickly find and convert deals with tenacity and dedication.
  • Demonstrable experience in sourcing and closing multiple significant deals (£250k+).
  • Independent, deal-focused mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present compelling narratives to various audiences.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Professional proficiency in Danish and English.
