Your responsibilities in this role

As an Engagement Manager, you will:
- Provide tailored support to a defined list of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) developing, publishing, and growing sales of applications built on Microsoft cloud platforms as part of the Digital Sales ISV Success Program.
- Be the first point of contact, create a strong first impression, and establish a foundation for long-term partnerships.
- Follow a defined strategy for call talk tracks to ensure consistent and repeatable execution.
- Focus on relevant products/offerings for the target audience.
- Conduct structured outreach through multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
- Deliver a world-class customer engagement experience by focusing on Microsoft’s customers and prospects.
- Position competitive solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the organization as the "Voice of the Partner."
Your qualifications
You are a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or fluent in Finnish and English.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or experience in account or customer management.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
Additional advantages:
- Experience with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or BizApps.
