What will you do?

  • Support international travellers by clarifying service and payment inquiries

  • Communicate with customers and accommodation suppliers via email and phone

  • Ensure high-quality customer service by identifying and understanding customer needs

  • Mediate between parties and resolve issues with professionalism

  • Follow set procedures and accurately log all interactions

  • Work in a team-oriented environment to ensure service excellence

Candidate profile

  • Icelandic C2 level and advanced English proficiency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong PC skills (Office 365, CRM, internal platforms)

  • Problem-solving mindset and solution-driven approach

  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused

  • Adaptable to changing priorities and business processes

  • Affinity with accommodation platforms

  • Previous customer service experience is valued

Employer offers

  • 38.5h/week (Monday to Sunday), shift 09:00 - 20:00h
