As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for players, ensuring they receive top-notch service while enjoying their casino experience. You’ll help solve their issues, build relationships, and contribute to improving our platform.
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
Help players with account issues, bonuses, game rules, and technical questions.
Ensure a positive and engaging experience for customers, making them feel valued.
Assist with responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and payment-related inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to report issues and improve our platform.
Occasionally support with translations and content updates.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent Swedish speaker with excellent English skills.
Customer service experience (iGaming experience is a plus!).
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
Passion for casino games, sports betting, or the iGaming industry.
Tech-savvy with fast typing skills.
Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
