As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for players, ensuring they receive top-notch service while enjoying their casino experience. You’ll help solve their issues, build relationships, and contribute to improving our platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and live chat.

  • Help players with account issues, bonuses, game rules, and technical questions.

  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for customers, making them feel valued.

  • Assist with responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and payment-related inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to report issues and improve our platform.

  • Occasionally support with translations and content updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent Swedish speaker with excellent English skills.

  • Customer service experience (iGaming experience is a plus!).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

  • Passion for casino games, sports betting, or the iGaming industry.

  • Tech-savvy with fast typing skills.

  • Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
