What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team, you will:
- Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts, and generate opportunities
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are hit, including activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated, and confirmed)
- Update CRM with all communication as per standards expected
- Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained
- Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus, etc.)
- Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels
- Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients
- Provide chain-wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by clients
- Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels
- Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required
- Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provided
Your qualifications
Our client is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Danish with an advanced English level
- Have great organization and communication skills
- Have a positive work attitude
- Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Have a sales background
- Have a hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)
- Have experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)

- Salary of 19,000 euros gross/year, with a bonus of up to 3,600 euros gross/year and medical insurance
