What You Will Do in This Role

As a Technical Support Advisor I on our team, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for customers with technical support issues and product-related questions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, provide solutions, and offer guidance on installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
- Analyze problems, identify causes, recommend solutions, and document cases.
- Provide known fixes and workarounds for problems when available.
- Search knowledge bases, online self-services, and product documentation to eliminate known software defects as possible issues.
- Escalate unresolved problems when necessary.
Your Qualifications

Our client is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Norwegian and fluent in English.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in technical support roles.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Can remain calm and composed under pressure while troubleshooting complex issues.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document findings effectively.
- Are proficient in Windows/Linux OS and network troubleshooting.
- Have basic knowledge of virtualization.
It would be a plus if you have:
- Experience with storage networking.
