Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and their representatives or customers. In this role, you will assist customers with placing orders, finding information, seeking advice, returning products, or handling complaints.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service Audience: Importers, dealers, car owners, and potential customers.
  • Communication Channels: Phone (inbound & outbound), email, chat, and other automated alerts.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and effectively resolving their requests.
  • Logging call details into our call management systems and providing responses and resolutions within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Building and maintaining expertise in services and products specific to individual customers.
  • Escalating potential service issues to your Mentor as necessary.
  • Following all processes and procedures of the project to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Covering for other agents during their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
  • Collaborating with Supervisors and Mentors on specific projects as required.
  • Understanding and complying with administrative duties, including holiday, sickness, and overtime management.
  • Attending regular team meetings and working on additional tasks assigned by Supervisors or Mentors related to service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and the language required for the market at a native level.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required; experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Familiarity with electric vehicles is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • A positive disposition to work in a customer service environment.
  • Strong customer care skills – the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs.
  • Ability to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate them as necessary.
  • A minimum commitment of 6 months is required for this role.
