Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join their team!

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, delivering excellent service to customers via phone and email. You’ll assist customers with bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for flights, train travel, and hotel stays. Your goal is to ensure every customer has a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
  • Assist with new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for flight, train, and hotel services.
  • Provide personalized solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Handle customer data efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish (C1 or C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • A customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
  • A clean criminal record is required.
