Job Description: As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be responsible for handling Level 1 calls and providing technical support for user inquiries via phone or email. You’ll also produce Quality Audit Reports on the team’s weekly calls, ensuring that tickets are thoroughly logged and updated.
Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage first-line incidents through triage, troubleshooting, and resolution, escalating to 2nd/3rd line support or third parties as needed
Assist in Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management at Level 1
Candidate Profile:
Fluent in Finnish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Excellent computer and technical skills
Ability to create clear process maps
Service-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking
Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and effective communication
Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Willingness to relocate to the Philippines
