​Alva is a native Swedish speaker who came to to Oslo directly from Dublin, Ireland. She took a huge leap to work in Ireland when she was only 18 years old and has worked there since until she decided to relocate back to the Nordics. She has already gained some managerial experience from leading a team of 13 in her previous job, so she is not afraid of challenges. Alva is analytical and structured, an expert on excel sheets and systems, and therefore doing a great job as our Systems & Sourcing Manager.
