What you'll experience with our client
As a Customer Representative in our client’s team, you will:
Take incoming user requests via telephone/email from importers, dealers, car owners, potential customers
Address requests/incidents related to specific products/apps.
Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to users.
Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.
You´ll be a great match if you
Are native or proficient in Danish and advanced in English.
Have 1+ year working experience with customer service, automotive industry experience is a plus. Driving electric vehicles or having working experience in electric vehicles is preferred.
Have adequate professional experience, preferably 1 year in a customer service environment.
Are responsible, independent, and have good communication and team skills.
Are flexible and able to handle stress well.
