The role
As an HRSS coordinator you will be responsible of providing administrative support within the company's HRSS ( HR Shared Service ) team. You will support all the functions of the HRSS team, recruitment team and immigration team on a daily basis. To succeed in this role you should have attained basic knowledge of HR functions and administration through previous experiences. You should also have good command of both English and Hungarian languages, and speak at least one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) fluently.

Key responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their company tenure
Continuous coordination with HR and HRSS Teams on outsourced processes
Strong daily cooperation with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization
Requirements
A good command of Hungarian and at least one Nordic language is a must (Swedish or Norwegian or Danish)
Fluent English
Reliable personality, with a strong work ethic
Ability to followdefinedprocesses
Stronganalytical and multitasking skills
Excellentcommunication skills
Basic HR knowledge
