What are we looking for?

  • Native or fluent in Norwegian;
  • Intermediate English skills (B2+) – written and spoken;
  • Experience in customer support is a plus;
  • A positive attitude and the ability to handle stressful situations;
  • Active listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers;
  • Resourceful and creative in finding solutions and workarounds
