Job description

We are looking for Danish-speaking Assistance Coordinators to work in our partners' emergency center in Torrevieja!
 
 
They receive calls worldwide from customers who have purchased travel insurance and have fallen ill or had an accident while traveling. From the office in Torrevieja, you'd assist customers in Danish. You will help and advise customers in the best possible way!
 

Your role will be to listen to the customer, gather information, provide answers regarding insurance coverage, guide the customer to a doctor/clinic, and cooperate with our insurance partners. It is essential to provide excellent customer service and ensure the customer receives the help they need.

 

While others are traveling, the Travel Care department is busy, and for this reason, they need more service-oriented colleagues to help with day and night shifts.

 

Full training is offered for the position.

Experience or education in the following fields creates a good foundation for the Assistance Coordinator role:

 

Experience in:

  • Tour guide or other travel-related work
  • Social and healthcare fields
  • Insurance sector
  • Customer service
  • Any other customer-facing work / working with people

 

Education in:

  • Tourism industry
  • Medicine/nursing/healthcare
  • Law
  • Insurance
  • International studies
  • Languages

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Danish and English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a plus.
