What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices. You will be responsible for delivering a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience, following up on customer queries until they are fully resolved, and meeting commitments within agreed deadlines. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
Your qualifications
This role is a great match if you have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2). Previous experience in customer relations is a plus. Strong interpersonal and writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key. If you are versatile, highly organized, autonomous, and adaptable to change, you will thrive in this role.
