Are you a driven and experienced sales leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Tele Sales Team Leader to join a growing in-house sales team in sunny Fuengirola!

What will you do?

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Account Managers

  • Coach and train telesales agents, from onboarding to continuous development

  • Monitor KPIs and ensure performance targets are achieved

  • Organize daily operations including shift planning and reporting

  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s and feedback sessions to foster engagement

  • Participate in outbound sales calls and share best practices

  • Collaborate with leaders to align on strategies and drive improvements

  • Cultivate a motivated, positive, and accountable team culture

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience

  • At least 1 year as a Team Leader in telesales

  • Experience in coaching and training agents

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

  • Strong computer literacy and admin skills

  • Ability to support young, newly relocated sales agents

Preferred qualifications

  • Additional language skills in Finnish or Norwegian

  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and growth tactics
