As a Technical Support Advisor, you’ll provide expert assistance to both new and existing customers through phone calls and emails. Your role will involve processing orders, handling payments and refunds, collaborating with different departments, and performing light translation work as needed. What Will You Do?

  • Deliver professional sales and technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Create and edit new or existing customer orders
  • Process payments, refunds, and credit allocations as required
  • Collaborate with other company departments
  • Perform light translation tasks when needed

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer service, preferably through phone and email support
  • Prior experience in software support or a solid understanding of it
  • Basic knowledge of both hardware and software
  • Strong and accurate typing skills
  • Interest in the latest technology, gaming, and software
  • Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment
