Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in Danish via email and live chats

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English
• A proactive individual with strong support/sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience as a support agent is a plus
