Key Responsibilities:
Provide support in Danish via email and live chats
Handle inquiries with high attention to detail and quality
Identify customer needs and proactively suggest solutions
Focus on customer satisfaction and managing expectations
Collaborate closely with our team to improve and establish necessary processes
Requirements:
Proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English
A proactive individual with strong support/sales skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail
Previous experience as a support agent is a plus
