We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an exciting opportunity in the iGaming industry in Malta!

As a Customer Support Specialist, you should be able to:

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Come up with creative solutions when necessary
  • Follow company guidelines when advising customers
  • Represent the company in all customer interactions

Your daily responsibilities will include communicating with customers via email, phone, and chat.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Danish customers. This means advising and understanding their issues from their perspective while having extensive knowledge of systems and various ways to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers respectfully, both in writing and verbally
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers – most importantly, create trust
  • Identify and report areas for improvement in line with company procedures
  • Since you will be the first to handle customer issues, we want you to provide feedback to the product and technology department, ensuring continuous platform improvements from a customer perspective
  • Assist customers with all their inquiries
  • Advise customers on the use of company services and games
  • Guide players on gaming tools and proactively act on player behavior patterns
  • Follow up on customer cases when necessary
  • Help with translations if needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Online experience in support/customer service
  • Experience assisting customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Fast typing skills to ensure quick and efficient service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Danish
  • A team player and problem solver
  • Previous experience in iGaming or a strong interest in sports or casino games (a plus)
  • Flexible and willing to work day and evening shifts
