In this role, you will provide professional guidance and service to customers, identify sales opportunities, and help create exceptional travel experiences for Hurtigruten’s valued guests. Join a globally recognized travel brand and be part of a supportive, dynamic work environment.

What will you do?
Provide consultative sales and service through all communication channels
Identify customer needs and respond professionally and promptly
Maximize conversion opportunities through inbound and outbound contact
Enter and update customer information according to procedures
Follow up on customer interactions and escalate issues when needed
Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
Be available for emergency support and training when required
Work in shifts Monday–Friday (09:00–19:00) and occasional Saturdays (09:00–15:00)
Candidate profile
Secondary education completed
Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry
Experience in phone-based inbound and outbound sales
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Native-level fluency in a Nordic language and strong English skills (written and verbal)
