As a Podcast and Event Coordinator Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects that involve podcast production, event management, and community marketing. You will assist in the coordination of podcast episodes, help in organizing events, and support the marketing team with organic content creation. You will also have the chance to gain hands-on experience in video and audio editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Podcast Production: Assist in the production and editing of podcast episodes (both video and audio).
  • Guest Coordination: Research, reach out, and coordinate schedules with potential podcast guests.
  • Event Coordination: Support in planning, organizing, and managing events, from virtual meetups to live events.
  • Community Marketing: Collaborate on community-building efforts, ensuring alignment with our brand and mission.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating organic content for social media and other marketing channels, sometimes in collaboration in collaboration with our Marketing Team.
  • Project Management: Ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of podcast episodes and events. You will be responsible for maintaining timelines and keeping projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate about building and engaging communities.
  • Familiarity with video and audio editing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Someone who enjoys creating new content, creative, is self-driven, and is eager to share their ideas.
  • Willing to collaborate across teams and support various departments, including marketing.
  • Fluent English- Both written and verbal, able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external guests.

Bonus Skills:

  • Prior experience in organizing or participating in podcasts or events.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for organic growth.
  • Interest or experience in marketing, especially in startup environments.
