Overall objective of the Role:The Solution Specialist has the overall accountability with respect the technical and functional implementation of the project. Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how the Solution Lead will ensure that the solution fitsthe client’s requirements and specifications.
Responsibility:
•Define and document the overall architecture of the solution, make the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different application components. •Provide the Program/Project Manager with an overview of feasibility, viability and overall risk of the solution to be put in place •Followupthewholeprojectcycletoensurethesolutionmeetsthearchitectural requirements, standards and guidelines as established by the design documents •Validate final solution implemented at the client •Support in the delivery of solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation. •Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project
Required Experience:
•WithSAP HCMimplementation experience. •Must have euHReka (SAPbased) experience. •Several years of experience withHR solutionsandproject implementations •At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an outsourcing HR/Payroll or Technology organization •Must have an experience inworkshop and coordination of the requirements and and to provide EuHReka payroll solution. •Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
•For this position, Thailand payroll experience is mandatory, have at least two of these country payroll experience(China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand), can lead workshop and client communication skill.
•Know ABAP is Plus+.
