We are looking for a Sales Executive to join a fast-scaling B2B travel SaaS company in Barcelona, Spain!

What will you do?

Own the full sales process from first contact to contract signature (full-cycle role)

Research and prospect new clients across the DACH region

Run outbound campaigns through multiple channels (phone, email, etc.)

Present live platform demos to decision-makers (C-levels, HR Directors, Travel Managers, etc.)

Lead sales negotiations from discovery to closing

Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of deal pipeline

Represent the company at industry fairs and public events

Set Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders

Work closely with SDRs and Sales Team in a continuous feedback loop

Proactively suggest strategies to improve the sales process and drive growth
Candidate profile

Native Norwegian speaker with solid English skills (spoken and written)

Minimum 1 year in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
