Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join their team!
About the role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of the company and provide excellent service to customers via phone and email. You will assist customers with bookings, rebookings, cancellations for flights, train journeys, and hotel stays. Your goal is to ensure that every customer has a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Assist with new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for flight, train, and hotel services.
- Offer personalized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Handle customer data efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish (C1 or C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
- A customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to various situations.
- A clean criminal record is required.
